Shipping in India:

Eagle Leather Craft offers Free Shipping and Cash On Delivery in India. All products are shipped out between 1 – 2 working days, and delivered between 3-8 days depending on location.

For Cash on Delivery orders :

COD is available only in India.

In case your pin code is not serviceable for COD we shall request you to make the payment online.

You cannot open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery.

If the product or packaging has been tampered with, do not accept the order.

No credit/debit cards are accepted at the door under the Cash on Delivery method.

International Shipping:

We ship to almost all major countries. The payment method for International orders is PayPal. All products are shipped out between 1 – 2 working days, and delivered between 8-15 days depending on location.

There is a flat weight based shipping fees depending on country:

USA, Canada, Australia, UK: Rs.600 per 500gm

Rest of the World: Rs.1000 per 500gm

Exchanges & Returns:

We only exchange/return items if they are defective or damaged. We might request you to share an image of your product/s for your order to qualify as an exchange. The exchange request must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the product.

If 48 hours have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.

If you need to exchange/return the product, send us an email at support@rosyroselifestyle.com ID or send a WhatsApp message at Phone Number. We will initiate the return pickup process.

Once initiated, pack the items with all tags in the same courier bag the product was delivered in. A courier pickup person will pick up the bag within 48 hours from your address.

If a return pickup service is not available in your location, you will have to pack the items with all tags in a courier bag and send your items to: Address. You will also need to share a photo of courier/transport tracking details copy. Customers will bear the shipping courier charges in this case.

Product packaging, labels & tags must not be tampered with.

Exchanges/Returns will be processed only once the product has been received in our warehouse and has been checked for quality.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Cancellations & Refund: 

The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location.

The order should be cancelled within 24hours of the order placed.

Eagle Leather Craft reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.
